Leaders at the 12noon Mass will sell homemade shaved ice after that Mass this Sunday, August 28, right outside the front doors of the church…Starting the following Sunday, September 4, and continuing at least for the First Sundays of the following monthes, we will only use natural lighting in the church for our two Sunday (8am/12noon) Masses, in solidarity with efforts to conserve energy worldwide. These “Natural Light Sundays” should not affect anyone’s ability to read or follow along with the liturgy. Should a cloud system of course move through the area, we will resort to our electrical lights.
