Yet another event commemorating the parish’s 150th Anniversary will take place this summer.  On Sunday, August 30, after the 12 noon Mass, we will present a parish picnic featuring the different cultures and flavors of our parish community.  The picnic will be held in the space in the front of the church.

Also this summer, two important national devotional events:  On Saturday, July 25, we will celebrate the Mexican feast of The Lord of All Hearts at and around the 7pm Mass.  The following weekend, on Sunday, August 2, we will celebrate the Costa Rican patronal feast of Our Lady of the Angels.

On Labor Day, Monday, September 7, we will celebrate an outdoor Mass at 9am.

Our final outdoor Mass is scheduled for Sunday, October 4, (the annual feast of St. Francis of Assisi, but because it’s a Sunday will not be celebrated this year), with the blessing of animals included in the 10am Mass.
