I agree to the below statement:

I understand that St. Joseph has switched to a FAMILY FAITH FORMATION model, and I agree that at least one parent / guardian will accompany my child(ren) to every Family Faith Formation session. I understand that children will not be allowed to attend Family Faith Formation sessions without an adult.

All new registrations must submit a copy of each child(ren)’s Baptism Certificate (if applicable) and First Communion Certificate (if applicable). Certificates may be e-mailed to reled@sjcbb.net.
