We celebrate the birth of the Church, the sending of the Holy Spirit and the end of the Easter Season with the Feast of Pentecost, this weekend to be celebrated in the US on Memorial Day Weekend, May 23-24.
Here at the parish, before the 5pm (English) and 7pm (Spanish) Masses, we will pray Solemn Pentecost Vigil Vespers in the approximately 15-20 minutes before Mass begins.
At the 7pm Mass that night, we will also celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation for several adults.
On Pentecost Sunday, there will be an afternoon of prayer and praise following the 12pm Mass. Both the Mass and prayer event will be in Spanish.
