Our summer event calendar at St. Joseph includes the following:
-Blessing of all graduates, weekend Masses July 8-9
-Sacrament of the Anointing offered on Feast of St. Mary Magdalene, 8am, Saturday, July 22
–Feast of The Lord of All Hearts (Oaxaca, Mexico origin) celebrated Saturday evening, July 22
-World Day of Grandparents & Elderly celebrated at all Masses, July 22-23.
-Our Lady of the Angels (Costa Rica), special 2pm Mass, Sunday, July 30.
-bilingual outdoor Mass to celebration the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 9am, Tuesday, August 15.
-Labor Day bilingual outdoor Mass, Monday, Sept. 4 at 9am.
On a personal and family level, we already have several weddings, Quinceanera Masses and baptisms to celebrate throughout the summer.
We’ll also be closing the parish office for two weeks in the summer: July 3-7 and August 28-September 4. We’ll be monitoring calls and emails, but in-person pastoral services will not be available during those weeks.
Once fall kicks in, we’ll be marking the Season of Creation (Sept. 1-Oct. 4) with our usual flurry of activity. Details soon.
